Yes. We need to set the Vestaboard up with easy access to a standard power plug. We’ll provide extension cords if needed.
Yep. Vestaboard needs the internet to work its magic. If your venue doesn’t have wi-fi, we can hotspot it to your phone or another internet source if you have one. (But stable wi-fi is highly recommended.)
Nope. Like Gremlins, Vestaboards hate water. We need a location that’s indoors (or under cover out of the weather). Marquees are fine but open paddocks won’t work.
Nope. We want everyone to be safe, so once we’ve set up the Vestaboard in your preferred spot, you won’t be able to move it. If you really need to move the Vestaboard during your event, talk to us about having one of our operators on site to move and reset.
Our standard delivery zone covers most of metropolitan Melbourne. If you need delivery outside this zone, get in touch. We deliver and set up Vestaboards at events Australia-wide. Talk to us about options and pricing.

No. Vestaboard is designed for text and simple graphics using text and coloured pixel flaps. While it can’t display photos, you can get creative with patterns or icons to convey your message. Talk to us for innovative ideas about how to display your message on the board.
We’ll send you easy-to-follow instructions to help you put your Vestaboard content together. If you’re having trouble, you can email us with questions, and we’ll be happy to help you out.
